When visitors leave enquiries through the site we collect the data shown in the Contact Request Form for the purpose of the requested contact.

• understand your requirements for your project
• establish the address of your project
• issue design contracts and invoicing should you choose to proceed

After submitting your Contact Request your details are sent to our enquires email address.

Besides our staff, we share this information with:

• Auckland Council
• Design Review Panels
• Contractors and External Consultants in order to progress your project,
• On rare occassions we may be required to share your information as required by New Zealand Law.

Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter the project address, we’ll be unable to undertake the project.

How long we retain your data

We keep your information safe by archiving completed projects and only allowing necessary staff to access it .We keep your information for two years after the termination of the Contract at which point we securely destroy it by erasing all digital copies (excluding CAD files).

What rights you have over your data

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. If you’d like to ask for a copy of your information, or to have it corrected, please contact us at [email protected].

If you submit a Contact Request on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
